My Little Yoga is a bright and cheerful children's book aimed at bringing mindfulness into children's lives. The yoga postures illustrated by Mason Monkey and his other Costa Rican jungle friends are exercises for strength and flexibility that are appropriate for children of all ages. There is a breath exercise that introduces kids to deep breathing for focus and calming as well as relaxing poses that begin to incorporate the idea of mindful stillness into their lives. My Little Yoga is a wonderful learning tool for yoga teachers and school teachers from preschool to early education.
Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase on any unused, unworn, unwashed merchandise. Products must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit/gift certificate issued once we receive and process the returned merchandise.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item
