Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase on any unused, unworn, unwashed merchandise. Products must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit/gift certificate issued once we receive and process the returned merchandise.
Return shipping will be paid for by the customer, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) in that case we'll pay the return shipping costs. In this case, please contact us at https://www.babyscene.com/contact/
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned item
